AnyPage ("we", "us", or "our") operates the AnyPage mobile application and cloud desktop service (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive and store:
- Email address
- Display name
- Profile photo URL
We do not collect or store your Google password.
1.2 Service Usage Data
- Cloud machine records — machine type, status, region, creation Time, and associated usage.
- Billing & credit records — credit balance, usage deductions, and top-up history.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number; only a Stripe session ID and payment status are recorded.
1.3 Automatically Collected Data
- Device type, operating system version, and app version.
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics (via Firebase Crashlytics, if enabled).
- IP address (transient, used for network routing and security only).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To provision and manage cloud desktop machines on your behalf.
- To process billing, credits, and payments.
- To provide customer support.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
- To improve our Service and develop new features.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers — Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure), Firebase (authentication & database), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (CDN & DNS).
- Legal obligations — if required by law or to protect safety and rights.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore (region: Asia-Northeast-1). We use Firebase Authentication with OAuth 2.0, Firestore security rules that restrict data access to authenticated owners only, and encrypted HTTPS connections for all data in transit.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Billing records are kept for tax and compliance purposes for up to 7 years after account closure. You may request data deletion at any time (see our Account Deletion Guide).
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data and account.
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.

7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly. See our Children's Safety Policy for more details.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or allow you to interact with third-party services within your cloud desktop. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
