Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your AnyPage account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains what data is deleted and how to request deletion.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:

Account profile — email, display name, and profile photo URL.
Cloud machines — all virtual machines and snapshots associated with your account will be terminated and deleted.
Credit balance — any remaining credits will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
Usage & billing records — usage logs and billing deductions tied to your account.
Firebase Authentication record — your sign-in identity will be removed.

⚠ Important

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your cloud machines, files stored on those machines, and remaining credits will be lost. Please back up any important data before proceeding.

Payment transaction records (Stripe receipts) may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law for tax and compliance purposes. These records are anonymized after account deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

Option A: From the App

Open the AnyPage app on your device.
Go to Settings (gear icon in the bottom tab bar).
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm by typing your email address when prompted.
Tap "Permanently Delete". Your account and all associated data will be removed within 48 hours.

Option B: Via Email

Send an email to support@anypage.ai from the email address associated with your account.
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
Include your registered email address in the body.
We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Deletion Timeline

Processing Time

In-app deletion: Data removal begins immediately. Full purge completes within 48 hours.
Email request: Processed within 5 business days after identity verification.
Backup systems: Residual data in encrypted backups is purged within 30 days.

After Deletion

You will be signed out of all devices.
You will no longer be able to log in with your previous credentials.
If you sign up again with the same Google account, a brand new account will be created with no previous data.
