Children's Safety Policy

Age Requirement
AnyPage is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your country, e.g. 16 in the EU under GDPR). Our Service involves cloud computing, payment processing, and AI-assisted interactions that are designed for adult users and older teens.
No Knowingly Collected Children's Data
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13. Our sign-in flow requires a Google account, which itself requires users to meet Google's minimum age requirements.
What Happens If We Discover a Child's Data
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the applicable minimum age, we will take the following steps:
- Immediately disable the account to prevent further data collection.
- Delete all personal data associated with the account within 48 hours.
- Terminate any active cloud machines linked to the account.
- Notify the parent or guardian if contact information is available.
Parental Notification
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an AnyPage account or provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at support@anypage.ai. We will promptly investigate and delete the data.
Content & Safety Measures
AnyPage provides cloud desktops that allow users to browse the internet and run software. While we do not target or curate content for children, we take the following safety measures:
- AI-assisted features include safety filters to avoid generating harmful or inappropriate content.
- Users are responsible for the content they access on their cloud desktops, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
- We do not display advertisements to any users.
COPPA Compliance
We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because our Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data, COPPA's parental consent requirement is addressed by our age restriction policy.
Google Families Policy Compliance
Not a "Designed for Families" App
AnyPage is not part of Google Play's Designed for Families program. Our target audience is adults (18+) and older teens (13+, with parental awareness). The app's content rating and Google Play listing accurately reflect this.
